  1. 1 package (5.7 ounces) NEAR EAST® Chicken & Herbs Creative Grains
  2. 1-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  3. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon paprika
  5. 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
  6. 2 small cloves garlic, minced
  7. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
  8. 1 large onion, thinly sliced
Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare Creative Grains as package directs. Stir in peas; let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons olive oil, paprika, salt and garlic. Add chicken and onions; toss to coat well. Set aside to marinate 10 minutes.
  3. After marinating, heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook about 5 minutes. Turn chicken; add onion and remaining marinade. Cook another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring onions occasionally, or until chicken no longer pink inside and onions are tender. Serve onions and chicken over Creative Grains.
