Preparation Instructions Range Top Directions Servings(about 1 cup cooked) 1 2 About 5 Couscous, uncooked 1/3 cup 3/4 cup 1 box Water, Broth, or Juice 1/2 cup 1 cup 2 cups Salt (Optional) pinch 1/4 tsp 1/2 tsp Olive Oil or Butter 1 tsp 2 tsp 1 Tbsp Preparation Directions In medium saucepan, bring water, salt (optional) and olive oil or butter to just a boil. Stir in couscous; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff couscous lightly with fork before serving Microwave Directions In round 2-quart microwaveable glass casserole, combine water and salt (optional). Microwave at HIGH until boiling, about 2 minutes for 1 serving, 4 to 5 minutes for 2 servings or 9 to 10 minutes for the entire box* Add couscous and olive oil or butter; stir.
