Taboule Primavera
A traditional Middle Eastern salad made of bulgur wheat, is tossed with peas, carrots, black beans and fresh basil

package (5.25 ounces) NEAR EAST Taboule Wheat Salad Mix

cup chopped tomatoes

cup frozen peas

cup shredded carrot

cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained

cup chopped fresh basil

tablespoons lemon juice

tablespoon olive oil
Preparation Steps
- Prepare Taboule as package directs. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Stir in tomatoes, peas, carrot, beans, basil, lemon juice and olive oil; mix well.
- Cover; chill at least 2 hours before serving on a bed of lettuce.
