  1. In large bowl, combine wheat and contents of Spice Sack. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve with toasted pita bread, if desired.
