Taboule Chicken Salad
Crisp vegetables and toasted almonds lend crunch to this refreshing orange chicken salad.

Ingredients

package (5.25 ounces) NEAR EAST Taboule Wheat Salad Mix

cup chopped cooked chicken

cup chopped and seeded cucumber

cup chopped celery

cup chopped green onion

medium seedless orange, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)

cup toasted slivered almonds*

cup orange juice

tablespoon red wine vinegar

Preparation Steps
- In large bowl, combine wheat and contents of Spice Sack. Stir in 1 cup boiling water.
- Cover; let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 1 hour or overnight. Serve with toasted pita bread, if desired.
