package (6.3 oz.) Near East Roasted Vegetable & Chicken Long Grain & Wild Rice

cup carrots, diced

small zucchini, diced

small yellow squash, diced

cup green onions, sliced

teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped or 1/8 teaspoon dried

cups chicken strips, cooked

tablespoons lime juice
Preparation Steps
- Prepare Near East rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat oil. Cook carrots, zucchini, squash,
green onions and thyme for 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown. Add chicken
and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir vegetable/chicken mixture and lime juice into prepared
rice.
