cup onions, thinly sliced

cup red bell pepper, diced

cup beef steak, cut into strips, cooked

cup salsa, thick and chunky
Preparation Steps
- Prepare Near East rice according to package directions except omit butter or olive oil.
- Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onions and peppers for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in cooked vegetables, cooked beef and salsa into prepared pilaf; mix well.
