package (5.8 oz.) NEAR EAST Couscous Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil

tablespoon olive oil

cup green onions, chopped

teaspoons ginger root, minced or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

cup carrots, diced

cup broccoli florets, chopped

teaspoon sesame oil

tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation Steps
- Prepare Near East couscous according to package directions, except omit butter or olive oil.
- Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add onions, ginger, carrots and broccoli. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender; stir into prepared couscous.
- Add sesame oil and soy sauce to prepared couscous; toss.
