Preparation Steps

  1. Toss chicken with 1 clove garlic, chutney and mustard. Thread onto 4 skewers; set aside.
  2. In medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers and remaining 2 cloves of garlic. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in water, rice pilaf mix and contents of Spice Sack. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until most of water is absorbed.
  4. Meanwhile, grill or broil chicken kebabs 4 to 5 inches from heat 5 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve kebabs over rice pilaf mixture with additional chutney, if desired.
