12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Steps
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in medium saucepan over medium heat; cook chicken 5-6 minutes or until browned and fully cooked. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Add remaining butter, Pearled Couscous, chicken broth, garlic, salt and pepper to pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and gently boil uncovered 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add broccoli and continue cooking 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cooked chicken, milk and cheese; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 4 minutes.
