In medium saucepan, combine Pearled Couscous, broth and oil; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and gently boil uncovered 12-14 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand 4 minutes. Place in colander and rinse under cool running water until couscous has cooled completely.
Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl. Toss with cucumber, tomatoes, yogurt, cheese, onion and dill weed. Chill 2 hours. Stir before serving.
