Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare Near East couscous according to package directions, except omit butter or olive oil. Let cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Add prepared couscous to chicken mixture and toss together well. Serve couscous salad over green leaves of lettuce, if desired.
