Preparation Steps

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine contents of Falafel packages, tomato sauce, water, and eggs. Stir in carrot, celery and onion.
  3. Lightly pat into prepared pan, making surface smooth and even.
  4. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
