6-ounce packages NEAR EAST Falafel Vegetable Burger Mix

8-ounce can no-salt-added or regular tomato sauce

cup water

eggs, lightly beaten

cup shredded carrot

cup finely chopped celery

cup finely chopped onion, drained
Preparation Steps
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Combine contents of Falafel packages, tomato sauce, water, and eggs. Stir in carrot, celery and onion.
- Lightly pat into prepared pan, making surface smooth and even.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and slicing.
